Chris Smith, Assistant Director of Client Services
Chris leads the CITS client services team. Chris started at the College as a student assistant in 2005 and has been full time since 2008. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Supervision and Management from FSCJ. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as playing soccer with his friends

Michelle Nifong, Client Services Specialist (Tier II)
Michelle joined the technology team in October 2000, moving her way up from administrative assistant II to reports coordinator to management analyst to content manager, to her current post in CITS. When you add in her work at the Center for Business and Industry at Daytona State College, Michelle has more than 17 years of experience in the education field. An alumna of Florida Community College, Michelle has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a certificate in Anthropology from the University of North Florida. She enjoys volunteering and working with children in her spare time.
